The Host Partner shall arrange for the audit of the accounts of the relevant Pooled Fund and shall require the appropriate person or body appointed to exercise the functions of the Audit Commission under section 28(1)(d) of the Audit Commission Act 1998, by virtue of an order made under section 49(5) of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 to make arrangements to certify an annual return of those accounts under Section 28(1) of the Audit Commission Act 1998.
