Audit and Review definition

Audit and Review and similar expressions mean, with respect to any matter or thing relating to the (i) Metered Parking System, the Metered Parking System Operations or this Agreement, the performance by or on behalf of Metro of such reviews, investigations, inspections and audits relating to such matter or thing as Metro may reasonably determine to be necessary in the circumstances, and (ii) all deposits to and disbursements from the Metro Account, or such other such matters relating to Metro’s administration of the Metro Account as Parking Company may reasonably determine to be necessary or appropriate, in each case conducted in accordance with applicable United States industry accepted practices, if any, or as required by Law, but in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Audit and Review has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 16.2;
Audit and Review and similar expressions mean, with respect to any matter or thing relating to the Utility System, the Utility System Operations or this Agreement, the performance by or on behalf of the University of such reviews, investigations, inspections and audits relating to such matter or thing as the University may reasonably determine to be necessary in the circumstances, conducted in each case in accordance with Prudent Industry Practices, if any, or as required by Law, but in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Related to Audit and Review

  • Review means a financial or operational audit, investigation, inspection or other form of review requested or required by the LHIN under the terms of LHSIA or this Agreement, but does not include the annual audit of the HSP’s financial statements;

  • audit services means the professional services rendered by the Corporation’s external auditor for the audit and review of the Corporation’s financial statements or services that are normally provided by the external auditor in connection with statutory and regulatory filings or engagements;

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Compliance Review means an inspection of the home, grounds, and files to determine compliance with these regulations.

  • Financial Conduct Authority means the registering authority for societies registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and the Credit Unions Act 1979 set up in terms of the Financial Services Act 2012 or its successor body.
