Audiovisual recordings definition

Audiovisual recordings means fixations of a scene or sequence of images, with or without sound, whether or not they constitute creations susceptible of description as audiovisual works within the meaning of Article 86 of this Law.
Audiovisual recordings means every recording of sound, whether or not coupled with a visual image, by any method and on any substance or material, whether now or hereafter known, which is used or useful in the recording production and/or manufacture of Audiovisual Products;
