Auction Settlement Date definition

Auction Settlement Date means the date that is the number of Business Days specified in the Transaction Auction Settlement Terms (or, if a number of Business Days is not so specified, five Business Days) immediately following the Auction Final Price Determination Date.
Auction Settlement Date means the later of (a) the date that is three Business Days following the Auction Final Price Determination Date and (b) September 18, 2020.
Auction Settlement Date means a Business Day following the Auction Final Price Determination Date, as determined by the Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee and specified in the Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms in respect of the relevant Affected Reference Entity.
