The objective of the Project is to assist the Recipient in developing and implementing the Recipient’s Accelerated Teacher Training Program (ATTP) to improve access to and learning in basic education, with a view to enable the Recipient to reach its goal of education for all by 2015.
The Recipient shall, through MENFP, enter into a PPA, satisfactory to the Association, with a Beneficiary IFM therein setting forth the respective obligations of the parties thereunder, notably with respect to the ATTP, including practice teaching, certification and placement activities in furtherance thereof, all as described in detail in the Operational Manual.
Strengthening the institutional and operational capacity of national and decentralized selected structures and units of MENFP, including DFP and DRH, for an optimal management of the implementation and coordination of the ATTP and the overall management of the Project’s activities, monitoring and evaluation.
