Attorney-in-Fact definition

Attorney-in-Fact means an agent under a power of attorney pursuant to chapter 633B or an attorney in fact under a durable power of attorney for health care pursuant to chapter 144B.
Attorney-in-Fact means an adult properly appointed under this part to make mental health treatment decisions for a declarant under a declaration for mental health treatment.
Attorney-in-Fact has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Nothing contained herein shall be construed as authorizing the Attorney in Fact to amend this Agreement except in accordance with Sections 5.6 and Article 11 hereof or as may be otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement.
