Examples of Attesting in a sentence

Related to Attesting

  • Attest means providing the following services:

  • Certificates means any securities issued in connection with the Note A-1 Securitization or the Note A-2 Securitization.

  • Certificate means this entire Certificate of Approval document, issued in accordance with Section 53 of the Ontario Water Resources Act, and includes any schedules;

  • appropriate person means the person required to make the material open to public inspection or, as the case may be, the person maintaining the register;

  • Evidence means testimony, writings, material objects, or other things presented to the senses that are offered to prove the existence or nonexistence of a fact.
