AT&T Wireless Group definition

AT&T Wireless Group means AT&T Wireless Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its Affiliates and Associates. A Person shall be deemed the "Beneficial Owner" of, and shall be deemed to "beneficially own", any securities:
AT&T Wireless Group means the businesses, assets and liabilities the financial performance and economic value of which are intended to be reflected by the AT&T Wireless Group common stock, par value $1.00 per share, of AT&T prior to the Distribution.
