When the project is active, the Forest Service will enter the value of the completed and accepted work into the Automated Timber Sale Accounting system (ATSA) monthly, and provide with a copy of the Statement of Account.
The Insurer shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to enter into such a definitive ATSA with Fidelity in a manner consistent with the letter of understanding with Fidelity entered into prior to the execution of this Agreement.
