ATP definition

ATP means defendant ATP Oil & Gas Corporation.
ATP means the manufacturing acceptance testing procedures developed by Jastec during the Program as approved by ViewRay. The ATP shall be based upon the acceptance testing procedures used by ViewRay and [***] for the current magnet that are included in the TDP (defined below). Following such approval, the ATP will be attached to this Agreement as Attachment 3.
ATP means the eSimpleIT Agreement to Purchase signed by You (electronically or otherwise) and accepted by eSimpleIT setting forth the Solutions You have ordered on the date of the ATP.

Holders are only required to expend those amounts as set out in the original concession document. Applications for renewal may be filed at the time of expiration of an ATP;
ATP means the Acceptance Testing Procedures developed by KMC and mutually reviewed and approved by LipoScience and KMC.
