  • The disclosure of information in the ATN Disclosure Schedule or the Parent Disclosure Schedule as an exception to, or for purposes of, a representation, warranty or covenant in this Agreement shall be deemed adequately disclosed as an exception to, or for purposes of, all other representations, warranties and covenants herein.
