ATM Technology definition

ATM Technology means the technology of the Asynchronous Transfer Mode, a description of which is provided in Exhibit A attached hereto.
ATM Technology means the asynchronous transfer mode technology designed to consolidate voice, video and data on a single (i.e., broad band) line, exclusive of the Strobos product technology being developed by ARC.

  • Permit expenditures made to implement Merchant Owned ATM Technology Upgrades to be greater than $4,000,000 for Borrowers’ fiscal year ending December 31, 2006 and $0 for each fiscal year thereafter.
