GA means general and administrative expenses.

ARBITRATION section is amended to add the following: The Insurance Commissioner of Washington is the Service Provider’s attorney to receive service of process in any action, suit or proceeding in any court, and the state of Washington has jurisdiction of any civil action in connection with this Agreement. Arbitration proceedings shall be held at a location in closest proximity to the service Agreement holder’s permanent residence. You may file a direct claim with the Service Provider at any time.
Expressway means a divided arterial highway for through traffic with full or partial control of access with an excess of fifty percent of all crossroads separated in grade.
Suite means an elevated box or suite which is customarily an enclosed private or collective compartment inside the Stadium, with direct access to guests’ Seats, which are separated from other Seats in the Stadium.
AT&T OKLAHOMA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Oklahoma.
Freeway means a divided multi-lane highway for through traffic with all crossroads separated in grade and with full control of access.
Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.
WA means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, xxxx of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.
