ATCS Operation definition

ATCS Operation means a package of works/services to be performed/rendered by the Operator on the terms and conditions of the Operator Agreement to maintain the proper technical conditions of the ATCS throughout the year, assessment of its technical conditions, repair of its component elements and equipment including replacement of individual infrastructure elements if they lose their essential functional properties, serviceability of software required for normal and trouble-free operation of the ATCS and traffic management including traffic monitoring, elimination of road accident aftermath and delivery of current information and other types of services to the Users.

  • In operation means engaged in activity related to the primary design function of the source.

  • Business operations means engaging in commerce in any form, including by acquiring, developing, maintaining, owning, selling, possessing, leasing, or operating equipment, facilities, personnel, products, services, personal property, real property, or any other apparatus of business or commerce.
