If ATCO does not issue the Supplier a notice within the time stipulated under this clause 3.13, ATCO is deemed to have issued a notice that it accepts the proposed HSE Management Plan.
As soon as practicable after the Supplier has complied with clause 3.5(a) and clause 3.5(b), ATCO must grant the Supplier and the Supplier's Personnel with access to the Site in accordance with clause 3.1.
If the unpaid part is subsequently found or agreed to be payable then ATCO will pay interest in the unpaid amount at the rate of 5%.
If ATCO requires (acting reasonably), the Supplier and its Personnel must be accompanied by ATCO's representative at all times when on the Site.
