AT Plastics has filed with the Securities Authorities, true and complete copies of all forms, reports, schedules, statements and other documents required to be filed by it since January 1, 1999 except for such forms, reports, schedules, statements or other documents which were not material (such forms, reports, schedules, statements and other documents, including any financial statements or other documents, including any financial statements or schedules included therein, are referred to as the "AT Plastics Documents").   • Plastics means synthetic materials chemically formed by the polymerization of organic (carbon-based) substances. Plastics are usually compounded with modifiers, extenders, and/or reinforcers and are capable of being molded, extruded, cast into various shapes and films or drawn into filaments.

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Polymer means a substance consisting of molecules characterised by the sequence of one or more types of monomer units.   • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3.
