AT Business means the business of MDS Analytical Technologies as described under “The Business of the Company Following the Sale”.

Examples of AT Business in a sentence

  • The Company has not subleased or licensed the Leased Real Property used in the conduct of the AT Business to any third party.

  • The Real Property constitutes all of the real property currently utilized by the Company and its Subsidiaries in the conduct of the AT Business.
