Assumed Transport Network Enhancement definition

Assumed Transport Network Enhancement means a transport network enhancement referred to in the Assumed Transport Network Enhancements Schedule. Assumed Transport Network Enhancements Schedule means Schedule 29. AS5100 (2004) means AS 5100 (SET)-2004, Bridge Design Set, published by Standards Australia in 2004. AS5100 (2017) means AS/(NZS) 5100:2017 Series – Bridge Design, as amended or updated from time to time. AS5100 (2017) Requirement means a requirement or obligation to comply with AS5100 (2017) in carrying out the Project Activities except to the extent set out in clause 2.22(c).
Assumed Transport Network Enhancement means a transport network enhancement referred to in Schedule 15.

  • Shared Transport is defined as local interoffice transmission facilities shared by more than one Carrier, including Qwest, between End Office Switches, between End Office Switches and Tandem Switches (local and Access Tandem Switches), and between Tandem Switches within the Local Calling Area, as described more fully in the Agreement.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Channel migration zone (CMZ) means the area where the active channel of a stream is prone to move and this results in a potential near-term loss of riparian function and associated habitat adjacent to the stream, except as modified by a permanent levee or dike.   • Planned External Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned External Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective agreement that is the equivalent of an Interconnection Service Agreement, has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close, and has secured at least 50 percent of the MWs of firm transmission service required to qualify such resource under the deliverability requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Family support services means providing opportunities for

  • Eligible customer-generator means a customer-generator whose net energy metering system for renewable resources, cogeneration, fuel cells, and microturbines meets all applicable safety and performance standards.

  • Disaster Recovery Services means the Services embodied in the processes and procedures for restoring the provision of Services following the occurrence of a Disaster, as detailed further in Call Off Schedule 8 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery);

  • Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
