Assumed Amortization Period definition

Assumed Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series of Bonds the principal and interest requirements of which are to be recast as provided in clause (v) of the definition ofBond Service Requirement” herein contained, the period of time determined at the election of the Finance Director of the Issuer, pursuant to either paragraph (a) or paragraph (b), below:
