Company’s wharf means the wharf to be constructed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement for the shipment of iron ore from the mineral lease or (except for the purposes of the definition of “harbour”) other the temporary wharf for the time being approved by the Minister as the Company’s wharf for the purposes hereof during the period to which such approval relates;
Associate degree means a two-year Degree conferred on students by a postsecondary institution upon completion of an Undergraduate program of study in an academic discipline or major. Associate Degrees typically require a student to earn at least 60 semester or 90 quarter credit hours.

Primary Residence means an Insured’s fixed, permanent and main home for legal and tax purposes.
Principal place of residence means the residential property where the beneficiary, and/or in the instances specified the spouse or a dependent child of such a person lives the majority of the time during the year – one hundred and eighty-three (183) days in the previous twelve (12) months.
Commonwealth Citizen means any person who has the status of a Commonwealth citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, not covered by the ‘UK Nationality’ definition above. This includes British Dependent Territories citizens (other than Gibraltarians), British Overseas citizens, and from 1986 those persons in the category British National (Overseas).
Office or place of profit means any office or place—
Place of Residence means the place where the family of any person
state enterprise means an enterprise that is governmentally-owned or controlled through ownership interests by a government;
Weekday means Monday – Friday.
Established place of business means the place actually occupied either continuously or at regular periods by a dealer or manufacturer where the books and records are kept and the dealer’s or manufacturer’s business is primarily transacted.
Regularly employed means, with respect to an officer or employee of a person requesting or receiving a Federal contract, an officer or employee who is employed by such person for at least 130 working days within 1 year immediately preceding the date of the submission that initiates agency consideration of such person for receipt of such contract. An officer or employee who is employed by such person for less than 130 working days within 1 year immediately preceding the date of the submission that initiates agency consideration of such person shall be considered to be regularly employed as soon as he or she is employed by such person for 130 working days.
Commonwealth Minister means the local Minister within the meaning of the gas pipelines access legislation of the Commonwealth;
registered pharmacist means a person whose name is for the time being entered in the register of the State in which he is for the time being residing or carrying on his profession or business of pharmacy;

Principal place of work means the fixed location to which an employee is required to report for employment duties on a regular and ordinary basis. If the employee is not required to report for employment duties on a regular and ordinary basis to a fixed location, "principal place of work" means the worksite location in this state to which the employee is required to report for employment duties on a regular and ordinary basis. If the employee is not required to report for employment duties on a regular and ordinary basis to a fixed location or worksite location, "principal place of work" means the location in this state at which the employee spends the greatest number of days in a calendar year performing services for or on behalf of the employee's employer.
Place of Conversion has the meaning specified in Section 3.1.
Person-centered planning means a process for planning and supporting the consumer receiving services that builds on the individual’s capacity to engage in activities that promote community life and that honors the consumer’s preferences, choices, and abilities. The person-centered planning process involves families, friends, and professionals as the consumer desires or requires.
Primary state of residence means the state of a person’s declared fixed permanent and principal home for legal purposes; domicile.
Hearings Officer means a person from time to time appointed by Council pursuant to the Hearings Officer By-law;

College President means the chief executive officer of the college appointed by the board of trustees.
County of residence means the county in this state in which, at the time a person applies for or receives services, the person is living and has established an ongoing presence with the declared, good faith intention of living in the county for a permanent or indefinite period of time. The county of residence of a person who is a homeless person is the county where the homeless person usually sleeps. A person maintains residency in the county in which the person last resided while the person is present in another county receiving services in a hospital, a correctional facility, a halfway house for community-based corrections or substance-related treatment, a nursing facility, an intermediate care facility for persons with an intellectual disability, or a residential care facility, or for the purpose of attending a college or university. place of worship means that part of a building or structure that is exempt from taxation as a place of worship under the Assessment Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. A.31, as amended, or any successor thereof;
County office means any officer, department, board, commission, agency, court, or other instrumentality of a county.
