Associate Bank definition

Associate Bank means any bank or corporation which is wholly owned by the ultimate holding corporation of the Bank;
Associate Bank means a financial institution that acts as a depository of Credit Card and/or Debit Card transaction records and participates in the handling of Credit Card and/or Debit Card transactions pursuant to one or more Associate Bank Agreements.
Associate Bank means a financial institution sponsored by Seller for which services related to Credit Card and/or Debit Card processing are provided by or on behalf of Seller. A list of all Associate Banks is attached hereto as Schedule 6.6(a)(ii).
