Assistance Event definition

Assistance Event means any event or occurrence with respect to an Insured Person who is entitled to receive assistance pursuant to these benefits, occurring within the territorial limit set forth in Duration of Cover and Limitations.

Assistance Event means any event or accident occurred to the Insured who is entitled to receive assistance pursuant to Section 3 occurring within the Territorial and Time Limits set forth in Section 2 and subject to exclusion list in Section 6 hereafter.

Assistance Event means any event or occurrence with respect to a Insured who is entitled to receive Assistance pursuant to this Benefit, occurring within the Geographic and Time Limits respectively set forth in Section 2 Item 2.2 and subject to Limitation & Exclusions listed in Section 7 hereafter.

Examples of Assistance Event in a sentence

• Such facilities and resources shall be vacated and/or returned as of the later of the effective date of the relevant Assistance Event and the completion of the Termination Assistance Services requiring such facilities or resources.

• Subject to Section 6.4(c), such Equipment shall be transferred in good working condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, as of the later of the effective date of the relevant Assistance Event and the completion of the Termination Assistance Services requiring such Equipment.

• Service Provider shall promptly provide to DIR a list, organized by location, of the Equipment that is implicated by each Assistance Event.

• Service Provider shall provide Termination Assistance Services regardless of the reason for the Assistance Event (including a termination for cause by Service Provider); provided that if Service Provider terminates for cause in accordance with Section 20.1(b), DIR will provide reasonable assurance to Service Provider that DIR has sufficient funding to pay for any Termination Assistance Services.

• Service Provider shall vacate the DIR Facilities and return to DIR, if not previously returned, any resources that are implicated by the relevant Assistance Event and that are owned, leased or licensed by DIR, any DIR Customer or any DIR Contractor, including DIR owned or leased Equipment, DIR Owned Materials and DIR licensed Materials, in condition at least as good as the condition of such facilities and resources when they were made available to Service Provider, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

More Definitions of Assistance Event

Assistance Event means an insourcing, resourcing or termination under, or the expiration of, this Agreement.

Assistance Event means an insourcing occurrence or termination of this Agreement.
