ASSIGNMENTS OF MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTS means, collectively, those certain Conditional Assignments of Hotel Management Agreements of even date herewith executed by each of the Borrowers and the applicable Manager, constituting an assignment of each Management Agreement as Collateral for the Loan, as same may be amended or modified from time to time.
