Assignment of Security Instrument definition

Assignment of Security Instrument means, collectively, each assignment of mortgage or deed of trust or deed to secure debt, notice of transfer or equivalent instrument in blank in recordable form, sufficient under the laws of the jurisdiction wherein the related property is located to reflect the assignment and pledge of the Collaterally Assigned Security Instrument.
Assignment of Security Instrument. One or more Assignments of Security Instrument, in substantially the form of Exhibit B-2, modified as necessary to be recorded in the county in which Real Property Collateral is located, and executed and acknowledged before a notary public.
