ASSIGNMENT OF PROPERTY means the Deed of Assignment in the agreed form executed or to be executed by the Borrower in respect of all the estate rights title and interests of the Borrower in under or arising out of the Building Agreement and in the Property and includes any amendments and variations thereto or any further deed of assignment or any deed executed in substitution for or in addition to the Assignment of Property;
ASSIGNMENT OF PROPERTY means the deed of assignment and mortgage-in-escrow executed or to be executed by the Borrower in favour of the Lender in respect of all rights title interest and benefit of the Borrower in under or arising out of the Building Agreement and in the Property and includes any amendments and variations thereto or any further mortgages or any mortgage executed in substitution for or in addition to the Assignment of Property;
