Assignment of Construction Contract definition

Assignment of Construction Contract means that certain Assignment of Construction Contract by and between Borrower and Lender and dated of even date herewith, as may be supplemented from time to time.

Assignment of Construction Contract means the assignment of the agreement between the BORROWER and Broin and Associates, Inc. (the “GENERAL CONTRACTOR”) for design and construction of the PROJECT (the “DESIGN/BUILD CONTRACT”) in accordance with PLANS therein described, by which the BORROWER assigns, as additional security for repayment of the OBLIGATIONS, the BORROWER’s interest in the DESIGN/BUILD CONTRACT in a form acceptable to the BANK.

Assignment of Construction Contract means the assignment from the Shipowner to the Administrator of all the rights, title and interest of the Shipowner under the Construction Contract, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Annex G, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time with the consent of the Administrator.
