ASSIGNMENT BY LANDLORD definition

ASSIGNMENT BY LANDLORD means any assignment of rents and leases from Landlord to a Lender which (a) encumbers any of the Leased Premises and (b) secures Landlord's obligation to repay a Loan, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
ASSIGNMENT BY LANDLORD. All the rights herein given to Landlord may be assigned, by operation of law or otherwise, in whole or in part, by Landlord without the consent of Tenant. This section shall include any assignment of the right to receive rent hereunder.
