Examples of Assigned Individual in a sentence

  • Contractor shall ensure that any individual it may refer to IIT pursuant to the Agreement including, but not limited to, the Assigned Individual shall review and agree to abide by the terms of this Section 5.

  • Client agrees to pay a minimum fee of four (4) times the applicable hourly rate for each day that an Assigned Individual works 4 or fewer hours.

  • Client shall not entrust an Assigned Individual to duties in which theft is a possibility, and Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold DDS harmless, and fully release DDS for any and all actual or threatened liabilities arising directly or indirectly, from any financial losses incurred by Client as a result.

  • Nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating an employer/employee relationship between the Assigned Individual and the Contractee.

  • The hourly rate for the Assigned Individual may increase in the future, which shall be effective upon the Port’s thirty (30) calendar day advance written notice to Contractee.

  • Client agrees never to contact an Assigned Individual directly to work for Client unless the assignment has been pre-approved by DDS.

  • Until the date that is twenty-four (24) months after the end of an Assigned Individual’s Engagement, Client and Client’s Affiliates will not directly or indirectly solicit or hire an Assigned Individual without first communicating said desire to DDS and paying the direct hire fee as set forth on the applicable Exhibit A-1, A-2, or B (as the case may be).

  • Client shall not advance cash or other valuables to the Assigned Individual for any reason, and Client specifically waives any and all rights to offset the amount or value of such cash or valuables advanced against any money owed to DDS.

  • If Client engages an Assigned Individual without first contacting DDS, Client shall pay DDS, as liquidated damages, the Direct Hire fee referenced above plus $5,000, in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Client shall not request nor require any Assigned Individualto act in violation of a provision of this Agreement or in violation of any agreement between the Assigned Individual and DDS.

Related to Assigned Individual

  • Aggrieved individual means a student, the parents or guardians of a student under the age of 18 acting on behalf of a student, an employee of the district, or member of the public who is directly affected by and/or is witness to an alleged violation of Board policies prohibiting unlawful discrimination or harassment.

  • Debarred Individual is an individual who has been debarred by the FDA pursuant to 21 U.S.C. §335a (a) or (b) from providing services in any capacity to a person that has an approved or pending drug or biological product application.
