Assets Under Advisement (AUA) definition
Assets Under Advisement (AUA) means assets on which the Portfolio Manager provides advice but does not have the authority to make investment decisions for, and with no responsibility for arranging or effectuating the transaction where the Client is the party responsible for arranging or effecting purchase or sale.
