Asset Representations Reviewer Asset Review Fee. With respect to an individual Asset Review Trigger and the Mortgage Loans that are Delinquent Mortgage Loans and are subject to an Asset Review (the “Subject Loans”), the “Asset Representations Reviewer Fee Cap” shall equal the sum of: (i) $16,000 multiplied by the number of Subject Loans, plus (ii) $1,600 per Mortgaged Property relating to the Subject Loans in excess of one Mortgaged Property per Subject Loan, plus (iii) $2,100 per Mortgaged Property relating to a Subject Loan subject to a ground lease, plus (iv) $1,100 per Mortgaged Property relating to a Subject Loan subject to a franchise agreement, hotel management agreement or hotel license agreement, subject, in the case of each of clauses (i) through (iv), to adjustments on the basis of the year-end Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, or other similar index if the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers is no longer calculated, for the year of the Closing Date and for the year of the occurrence of the Asset Review.
