Asset Buyers definition

Asset Buyers means the German Buyer, the Polish Buyer and the Swedish Buyer, and "Asset Buyer" means any of them.

More Definitions of Asset Buyers

Asset Buyers means the Buyers set forth on Schedule 1.2, which is to be provided by Buyer Parent to Delphi ten (10) Business Days before Closing, with respect to the assets set forth opposite their names.
