Asset-Backed Loan definition

Asset-Backed Loan means a Collateral Loan that (i) was underwritten primarily on the appraised value of assets securing such Collateral Loan, (ii) is governed by a borrowing base or a covenant based on the value of assets securing such Collateral Loan and (iii) the Administrative Agent reasonably agrees that the designation of such Collateral Loan as an Asset-Backed Loan is appropriate. Asset-Backed Loans shall be subject to the following loan-to-value (LTV) limits which, if exceeded, will permit the Administrative Agent to reduce the Advance Rate with respect to such portion of the Asset-Backed Loan that exceeds the LTV limits, in its sole discretion: Collateral Type LTV Limit Working Capital / Inventory 90 % M&E (Hard Assets) 75 % Real Estate 65 %

  • Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan serviced pursuant to this Agreement under which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms and provisions of the related Mortgage Note.
