asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) programme definition

asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) programme means a programme of securitisations the securities issued by which predominantly take the form of commercial paper with an original maturity of one year or less;
asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) programme or 'ABCP programme' means asset backed commercial paper (ABCP) programme as defined in Article 2, point (7) of [Securitisation Regulation];
