Asset Advisor definition

Asset Advisor means ▇▇▇▇▇ Management Company, Inc., a Georgia corporation, or any person or entity to which ▇▇▇▇▇ Management Company, Inc. or any successor advisor transfers, assigns or subcontracts substantially all of its functions under that certain Asset Management Advisory Agreement of even date herewith.

  • Upon termination, the obligations of the parties hereto shall cease, provided that Asset Advisor shall comply with the provisions hereof applicable in the event of termination and shall be entitled to receive all compensation which may be due Asset Advisor hereunder up to the date of such termination, and provided, further, that if this Agreement terminates pursuant to clause (ii) above, ▇▇▇▇▇ REIT shall have other remedies as may be available at law or in equity.

  • Investment Advisor means any person or entity who is an Authorized Person to give Instructions with respect to the investment and reinvestment of the Fund's Investments.

  • Independent Advisor means a reputable accounting, appraisal or nationally recognized investment banking, engineering or consulting firm (a) which does not, and whose directors, officers and employees or Affiliates do not, have a direct or indirect material financial interest in the Company and (b) which, in the judgment of the Board of Directors of the Company, is otherwise disinterested, independent and qualified to perform the task for which it is to be engaged.

  • Trust Advisor means the trust advisor, operating advisor or other analogous term appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
