Assessments Liens definition

Assessments Liens means the special assessments liens imposed or to be imposed by the District in connection with the improvement of Tradition and the operations of the District. The Assessments Liens do not include any of the improvements being funded by the Project Financing. The Assessment Liens shall be prorated as of the Proration Date, but Project Financing shall be the sole responsibility of Buyer. The provision of this definition shall survive Closing.

  • Lien means any mortgage, pledge, security interest, encumbrance, lien or charge of any kind (including any conditional sale or other title retention agreement or lease in the nature thereof).

  • Prior Liens means Liens which, pursuant to the provisions of any Security Document, are or may be superior to the Lien of such Security Document.

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.
