Assessable Property definition

Assessable Property means property that is liable to assessment under this By-law;
Assessable Property means real property in a district area other than all of the following:
Assessable Property means real property in a zone area other than property classified as residential real property under section 34c of the general property tax act, 1893 PA 206, MCL 211.34c, or real property exempt from the collection of taxes under the general property tax act, 1893 PA 206, MCL 211.1 to 211.155.

More Definitions of Assessable Property

Assessable Property means an interest in reserve lands that is liable to assessment under this Law;
Assessable Property means all of the Appraiser's Parcels within the boundaries of the CDD that are not exempt from the Special Assessment pursuant to law or as defined below.

Assessable Property means any Lot or Parcel, except such part or parts thereof as may from time to time constitute Exempt Property.
Assessable Property means the tracts of land specially benefited in an improvement district by any project the cost of which is wholly or partly defrayed by the urban district by the levy of assessments, except any tract owned by the federal government in the absence of its consent to the assessment of any tract so owned, and except any street, alley, highway, or other public right-of-way of a public body, as provided in section 32-11-660.
