Assembly grounds means the entire contiguous area used for the assembly except camping facilities. it shall have at least four gates, two of which must be connected to approved roadways suitable for ingress and egress by vehicular traffic. The gates will be located so as to disperse, rather than concentrate people leaving the grounds.
