Asbestos ((Survey)) inspection means an inspec- tion by an AHERA accredited building inspector using the procedures contained in 40 CFR 763.85 and 86, or an alter- nate method that has received prior approval from the Agency, to determine whether materials or structures to be worked on, removed, remodeled, renovated or demolished, (including material on the outside of structures) contain asbestos.
