Asbestos Liabilities definition

Asbestos Liabilities means any Liabilities arising from, relating to, or based on the presence or alleged presence of asbestos or asbestos-containing materials in any product or item designed, manufactured, sold, marketed, installed, stored, transported, handled, or distributed at any time, or otherwise based on the presence or alleged presence of asbestos or asbestos-containing materials at any property or facility or in any structure, including without limitation, any Liabilities arising from, relating to or based on any personal or bodily injury or illness.
Asbestos Liabilities means all asbestos-related Liabilities for personal injury, property damage or environmental remediation, whether arising before, on or after the Effective Time.
Asbestos Liabilities means any legal proceeding, actions, or suits for damages or any other legal remedy arising from the alleged exposure prior to the Closing of any employee or contractor to Asbestos during employment or service with the Transferred Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including, but not limited to, the Actions under the caption “Asbestos Litigation” set forth in Section 3.8 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.
