Asbestos Claimants’ Committee definition

Asbestos Claimants’ Committee means the official committee of the representatives of holders of present unsecured Asbestos Personal Injury Claims, solely in its capacity as such, which committee as of the date hereof consists of the following representatives of the holders of present unsecured Asbestos Personal Injury Claims: Perry Weitz, Esquire, Joseph Rice, Esquire, Steven Kazan, Esquire, Russell Budd, Esquire and Robert Taylor, II, Esquire.

Asbestos Claimants’ Committee means the Official Committee of Asbestos Personal Injury Claimants appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases.

• On the Confirmation Date, effective as of the Effective Date, the Bankruptcy Court shall appoint the individuals selected jointly by the Asbestos Claimants’ Committee and the Future Claimants’ Representative (as identified in the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust Agreement), with notice to the Debtors, to serve as the Asbestos Personal Injury Trustees for the Asbestos Personal Injury Trust.
