ASA Services definition

ASA Services means surgical assistant services and staffing.
ASA Services means the health care management and administrative services provided under this Agreement as described in Attachment A hereto. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to meet the requirements for receiving such a grant, even though it is not actually receiving such a grant; or was treated by Secretary of HHS for the purposes of Medicare Part B as a comprehensive federally funded health center as of January 1, 1990; or is operating as an outpatient health program or facility of a tribe or tribal organization under the Indian Self-Determination Act or as an Urban Indian organization receiving funds under Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act as of October 1, 1991.

  • ASA shall be responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and scheduling all Providers who are either employed or contract with ASA to provide ASA Services.
