Insurance Summary Report With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a report or other summary prepared either by the related Mortgage Loan Seller or a third party insurance consultant on behalf of the related Mortgage Loan Seller that provides a summary of all insurance policies covering the related Mortgaged Property(ies), identifying the insurance provider, applicable ratings of each such provider and the amount of coverage and any applicable deductible.
Clinical evaluation means a systematic and planned process to continuously generate, collect, analyse and assess the clinical data pertaining to a device in order to verify the safety and performance, including clinical benefits, of the device when used as intended by the manufacturer;
Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.
Compliance schedule means a schedule of events, by date, which will result in compliance with these regulations.
Explanatory Indicator means a measure that is connected to and helps to explain performance in a Performance Indicator or a Monitoring Indicator. An Explanatory Indicator may or may not be a measure of the HSP’s performance. No Performance Target is set for an Explanatory Indicator;
Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.
Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
Insurance Report means an insurance report in respect of the Insurances confirming that such Insurances are placed with such insurers, insurance companies and/or clubs in such amounts, against such risks and in such form as acceptable to the Agent (acting on the instructions from the Finance Parties) and comply with the requirements under Clause 26.3 (Insurance) and the GIEK Guarantee prepared by Bank Assure Insurance Services Inc., or such other reputable insurance advisor approved by the Agent, and dated on or about the date of this Agreement and addressed to, and capable of being relied upon by, the Finance Parties.
Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).
Insurance Schedule means Schedule 3 attached hereto.
Proforma means producing a balance sheet that reflects a reasonably accurate financial statement of the Failed bank through the date of closing. The Proforma financial statements serve as a basis for the opening entries of both the Assuming Bank and the Receiver.
Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.
Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.
EOB means ‘Explanation of Balance” for Title XIX Short-Doyle/Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services which is the State DHCS adjusted claim data and “Explanation of Benefits’ for Medicare which is the Federal designated Fiscal Intermediary’s adjudicated Medicare claim data;
CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.
Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule means the Schedule containing a list of the Commercially Sensitive Information.
Commercial customer means a customer other than a domestic customer and an indigent customer, including, but not limited to, a business or an industrial, governmental or an institutional customer;
Timetable means the timetable in the Fifth Schedule and includes any variations to the Timetable authorised pursuant to this Agreement;
Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.
Explanatory Statement means the explanatory statement which forms part of the Notice;
Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
Annexure E means, if applicable in terms of the scope of work, the Contractor’s Project Plan delivered to JOBURG MARKET within the time specified therefore.
Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.
Coordinated licensure information system means an integrated process for collecting, storing, and sharing information on nurse licensure and enforcement activities related to nurse licensure laws that is administered by a nonprofit organization composed of and controlled by licensing boards.
Group Structure Chart means the group structure chart in the agreed form.
