Licensee agrees to comply with the Copyright Act of 1976, as provided by the Berne Convention for Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, and agrees to indemnify EBSCO against any actions by Licensee that are not consistent with the Copyright Act of 1976 or the Berne Convention.
