Artist Agreement. Any agreement or contract (written or oral) between the Partnership and an artist, entertainer or performer by which such artist, entertainer or performer agrees to appear and perform at a live concert or other performance at the Amphitheater. Available Cash: After payment of any and all outstanding Deficit Loans, the remaining cash (if any) held by the Partnership at the end of any Amphitheater Season which, in the reasonable judgment of the Managing Partner, is not required or reasonably expected to be required for the payment of Operating Expenses between the end of such Amphitheater Season and the commencement of the next succeeding Amphitheater Season.
