Arm of the Tribe definition

Arm of the Tribe means a commercial entity formed pursuant to the Tribe’s law, ultimately overseen by the Tribe, and through which the Tribe intends to serve its interests, including those of its members and to which the Tribe has extended and granted its sovereign immunity as a means to protect the interests of the Tribe and its members.
