ARI Business definition

ARI Business means the business conducted and marketed by the Company under the “Advisory Research” name, including the business involving master limited partnership investment products, but excluding the business conducted and marketed under the “FAMCO” name, referring to the Company’s Fiduciary Asset Management, LLC subsidiary.
