ARG RESTAURANTS has the meaning set forth in Section 3.25(a).
Restaurants means a business that prepares and serves food and drinks to customers.
Restaurant means a business location:
Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.
Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.
Retail outlet means any establishment at which consumer products are sold, supplied, or offered for sale directly to consumers.
Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.
Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.
Resort Site means that part of Burswood Island as is shown bordered red on Lands and Surveys Miscellaneous Plan 1512 but does not include the Site;
Brand means the brand name set forth in the Addendum.
Stores means the goods specified in the Supply Order or schedule which the supplier / contractor has agreed to supply under contract.
Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.
Kiosk means a department in a RIME Store.
Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);
