Area Maintenance definition

Area Maintenance means the use of water outside of a building or structure solely upon and at the property where the area maintenance meter is located and that is generally and traditionally associated with uses such as watering lawns and gardens, cleaning outside structures, washing automobiles and other personal property, and filling swimming pools.
