Arcon or the "Company") and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Pro-Flex Consultants Ltd. to compile information regarding Arcon's compliance with environmental and safety regulations. In conducting this review, we have focused on the New York air regulations, which appear to present the most significant compliance issues. As to other matters, we have relied on Pro-Flex's analysis to identify issues requiring further action or investigation.
