Architectural Contract definition

Architectural Contract means a written agreement between Borrower and Architect for architectural services pertaining to construction of the Improvements.
Architectural Contract means that certain contract dated January 19, 2009, as amended, between Borrower and the Architect regarding the architectural services to be performed by the Architect in connection with the construction of the Improvements, which is in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Lender.
