Architectural Contract definition

Architectural Contract means a written agreement between Borrower and Architect for architectural services pertaining to construction of the Improvements, if applicable.
Architectural Contract means that certain contract dated January 19, 2009, as amended, between Borrower and the Architect regarding the architectural services to be performed by the Architect in connection with the construction of the Improvements, which is in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Lender.
Architectural Contract means the contract for architectural services with respect to the Project between the Borrower and the Architect, as approved by the Bondholder, as the same may be revised from time to time with the consent of the Bondholder (not to be unreasonably withheld).
